We are excited to announce the formation of World Lutheran Deaf Outreach.
We partner together with Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Delavan; Emmanuel Lutheran Church of the Deaf in West Allis, Our Savior Deaf Lutheran Church in Madison and Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church, Onalaska.
In addition, we have many outreach stations set up to serve deaf people around the Northern Illinois/Southern Wisconsin stateline area.
Rev. William “Bud” Palmer and Rev. John Reinke continue to serve the deaf people in Southern Wisconsin/Northern Illinois stateline area. Our goal continues to be sharing the Good News of Jesus love to deaf people.
It is difficult for hearing people to really understand what it is like to be completely deaf. English is a language of words; sign language is a language of pictures.
The materials used are specifically designed for the deaf to learn more about the love of Jesus.
